What is your return / refund policy?
All sales are final. Once an order is submitted, we cannot cancel or modify the shipment. If you receive damaged or incorrect goods, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order to review and resolve the issue.
How can I track my order?
Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with the corresponding tracking information. Please double-check all information, including your email, before checking out to ensure a smooth shipping process. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact customer service to confirm that your order has been processed.
What if my package is lost?
While we do not anticipate any issues, please note that all orders may be subject to delays due to inclement weather, COVID-19 restrictions, and other general factors. We will ensure your package is dispatched on time; however, once it leaves our facility, it is under the responsibility of the courier and may experience issues beyond our control. For updates on any delays or shipping errors, please contact the respective shipping service.
As the recipient, you may file a claim if your package has not been delivered 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. To file a claim, please visit:** https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm within 60 days of the shipping date.
What if I made an error on my shipping address or billing information?
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once orders are processed in our system. Please double-check all information before checking out to ensure a smooth shipping process. If you notice an error, please email steve@justseauyouknow.com immediately, and we will do our best to make corrections. Unfortunately, billing information cannot be changed. Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided with your order.
Can I modify my order?
